This was the absolute BEST phone call to make for handyman home repairs! Reliance Home Services provided stellar customer service from the first phone call, showed up when scheduled, explained repair options and did a great job. Couldn’t be happier!
Michael and Rob removed a rusted iron railing and installed a new vinyl railing for me. They were very professional, on time, came with every tool imaginable, cleaned everything up, and just did a great job overall. They also found a masonry issue with my brick pillars and re-cemented it mid project for me. I’ll be calling them again for any future projects and will be recommending them to friends and family.

After several handyman and painting services gave me the runaround, broke promises, did sloppy and incomplete work, and basically robbed me by extending the jobs beyond a reasonable time period, I was blessed to find Reliance Home Services. Owners Rob and Mike are the BEST! All the positive things stated about them in other reviews are true: professional, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, courteous, thorough, clean, etc. Rob and Mike have been to my condo several times to complete dozens of handyman and painting chores, from big to small. I don’t know if Rob and Mike were ever in the Boy Scouts, but they certainly followed the Boy Scout Code of Conduct! They’ve brought happiness to an old man knowing that I can rely on Reliance Home Services whenever I need quality and honest work done at my home.
The Reliance professionals who helped us were great! We had just moved into an older home and had an inspection report related to the sale that recommended we do a number of general repairs. Reliance was able to take care of everything for us and were courteous and tidy and responsive and punctual. We will definitely use their services again as other household projects become needed at our new place
I would highly recommend Reliance Home Services. Mike and Rob were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and very neat and organized. They performed various punch list type services and repairs, plus installation of a fan and garage door opener. No matter what they were completing, it was clearly communicated to us and completed as described! Will certainly call on them again!
